Before your first use

Read the supplied manual for charging, use restrictions and cleaning instructions. If your manual is missing or unclear, contact us before using the device.

Understand your oral-care needs

This device does not replace daily brushing, cleaning between teeth, dental check-ups or professional scaling. Hardened tartar requires professional dental care. Ask your dentist whether this type of device is suitable for you, especially if you have dental work, sensitivity or gum concerns.

Read our plaque vs tartar buying guide for help understanding the difference.
